Payment Options

With our order form, you can pay in one of four ways:

  1. Online with your Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard. All orders are processed on a Secure Server to protect your credit card information.


  2. Mail or Fax Us: Complete your order using the Secure order form. Do not click the "Submit Order" button. Instead, print a hard copy of the completed form, and mail or fax it to us. We will accept a credit card, personal check, money order or cashier's check as payment. (If you pay with a personal check, we may require additional time to ship your product.)

  3. Call Us with your Credit Card: Contact us at (708) 352-3502 if you wish to order our products using your credit card via telephone.


  4. Purchase Orders: We accept authorized purchase orders with a signature and shipping/billing information. Please account for shipping and handling costs (see below). Sales tax (8%) applies to orders placed within Illinois. Payments are requested within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

Shipping Information

Shipping Details: We ship our products via FedEx, UPS or U.S. Mail. Once your order is processed, a confirmation email with a routing number will be sent to you. You will receive your order in 7-10 business days. Additional charges may apply to orders shipped to Puerto Rico and international destinations.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Returned items must be in new, unused, resalable condition and must be returned in the original packaging. Return-shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will reimburse your credit card or mail you a refund check (if you paid by a means other than credit card). Credits or refunds will be issued only for the exact price you paid for the item(s) returned.

Before returning any item(s), you must receive authorization from us. To obtain a return authorization number (RA#), please With your request, please include: 1) your name, 2) the order number, 3) the item(s) you wish to return, and 4) the reason for the return. No returns can be processed without an RA#.

This return policy was instituted to guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products.
